Forest Ridge, Narangba

The award winning Master Planned Community of Forest Ridge encompasses an area of 335 hectares with a total of approximately 1,920 residential dwellings and over 8000 residents. The project included the Narangba Valley Woolworths Shopping Centre, local tavern, Narangba Valley State School (1130 students, 2019) and State High School (1957 students, 2019), Childcare Center and sporting fields.

Genesis, Coomera

Perfectly positioned in the heart of Coomera, Australia’s fastest growing corridor, Genesis encompassed 76 hectares of parkland living, including 15 hectares of wooded open space, walkways and waterways, and will be home to over 700 families.

Bunya Lakes, Bunya

Bunya Lake is a thirty seven allotment development. The allotment size is 4,000m2. The development borders 634 hectares of the Bunyaville State Forest and features forty two percent of the development site allocated to landscaped parklands. Bunya Lake won the Queensland award for Best Rural Residential Development, the Consultants award for excellence and was an award finalist in the Environmental Excellence in Design and Planning category.

Era, Capalaba

Era was a 237 lot development located on Redland Bay Road in Capalaba. Era stage 1 delivered brand new contemporary homes and land in a master planned environment. At the time there was no other comparable developments in Capalaba and only a small few in the wider Redland area.

Bridgeway, Kallangur

Located in Kallangur, the heart of Brisbane’s northern growth corridor, Bridgeway is a fully planned community comprising of 350 homes. Heritage Pacific developed the land and constructed the housing.

Riverbend, Jimboomba

Heritage Pacific held two major land holdings totalling over 1400 hectares of land just 3 km’s west of Jimboomba located in Logan City. The first project in this development was River Bend on the Logan River to be developed over seven years. The initial stage will consisted of rural residential homesites of between 3000 and 7000sqm with sales commencing in late 2009.
