Andrew has had over 30 years of experience in property development, property acquisition,
management and marketing.
His expertise is in creating solutions to complex development matters, to ultimately find ways to
produce land subdivisions. In doing same he has become a key negotiator managing multiple
property owners, council staff and many different consultants, which is the essence of the above

Andrew has lived in the area for over 25 years and has experience within the real estate industry
spanning more than 10 years. He is a licensed real estate agent and successful Sales Consultant,
who’s expertise extends into the area of acreage land and property investments.
As a former restaurateur, Andrew is service orientated with an approach centrally focused around

Prior to being part of the Heritage Pacific team, Kath has worked in the mining and construction,
home building and land development sector for over 25 years.
Kath has worked specifically in the mining and construction sector for over 20 years, primarily in the
area of contract administration and procurement. The Projects over this time ranged from mine site
upgrades in Central Qld, gas pipelines covering 3 Australian states, international mining projects in
Asia and a number of small school upgrades across South East Queensland.
The skills learnt and honed over that time have provided Kath with a wide and comprehensive
knowledge of large construction contracts and construction and building management, from small to
large projects. Being part of this industry, demands that you not only work as a productive and
positive member of a team for the best outcome for the project, but you also have the ability to be
able to work independently and be self-motivated.
In the past three years Kath has worked in the house building industry for a local builder and the
majority of this role was to work closely with the client and also the builder, to ensure that the
process of building a families dream home, was an inclusive and cooperative effort by all.
Knowledge of the building contract was important along with the ability to deal with the human side
of this process.
All experience and knowledge gained via years of hard work and dedication in the above areas.
With over 37 years’ experience in property, construction, residential development and new housing across Australia
and he is very well known for his integrity, work ethic and his support of developing and mentoring junior staff or
new consultants in the sales of residential home and land. He has trained of 1500 junior employees and 3
His first exposure to real estate was in 1979 when he purchased a property in Stawell Vic. and sold it for a good
profit 12 months later. I soon progressed into sales being a natural ‘people person’. After a full & varied career, I
landed a job in residential development and found it was a calling. I love everything about development, from the
